Friendsgiving – A Night of Friendship, Fun, and Family-Style Dining
Join us for Friendsgiving, a special evening designed for individuals with special needs, ages 14 and up! Happening on Saturday, November 22 from 5:00–7:00 PM in our Fellowship Hall, this event is all about celebrating friendship while learning valuable life skills and social etiquette in a fun, relaxed setting.
Together, we’ll enjoy a delicious family-style meal (we’ll provide the turkey!), share side dishes or desserts brought by each participant (homemade or store-bought welcome), create festive centerpieces and set the table as a team, and practice conversation skills and table manners while building meaningful connections.
Safety Note: If your participant has food allergies or difficulty swallowing, a caregiver must be present during the event to ensure their safety and comfort.
It’s more than a meal—it’s a chance to grow, laugh, and give thanks with friends who feel like family.
